Include assessment items (unscored) that ask students to reflect on their performance and the assessment (e.g, "Did this assessment show what you know?" "How do you think you did?")
Penalizing student for answer to a self-reflection item, and/or assessment item(s) designed to support self-reflection but do not center the learner in the reflection, such as "What was this test about?"
Consider how students with visual impairments or communication support needs can respond to a wonder question or other unscored self-reflection items.
